In the near future, I’ll be taking on a 100-kilometer ultra challenge, combining outdoor running, indoor rowing, and time on the cross trainer over the course of a single week.
The aim is not only to push my physical limits but to see how this challenge will fit into the flow of a regular work week.
It’s a balancing act between endurance, resilience, and daily demands, each just as important as the distance itself.

What Comes Next
While I haven’t set a definitive start date yet, preparation for this challenge is already underway. This is more than just ticking off the kilometers; it’s an exploration of resilience, discipline, and balance. As mentioned in an earlier blog. The above and many challenges to follow will form part of the research for my book 'Resilient Leadership'.
I’ll be sharing updates here once I kick off the challenge, and I hope it inspires some of you to take on a challenge of your own, whatever it may be.
